Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. Any no-shows will be considered a cancellation. Clients late 15 minutes or more will be considered a no show. Cancellations will only be acknowledged by calling 704-360-2436. If calling on a day we are closed, please leave a message.
